Refund policy
All of our products are carefully inspected, and properly packed before they are shipped out. We are not responsible for any lost or stole packages. Once the package leaves our facility and arrives at the postal facility, it is the postal facility's responsibility.
If the item is damaged during shipment we will replace it with proof of damage within 3 days of delivery. Photographic proof of damage is submitted to sweetescapeluxurycandles@gmail.com
